He is a licensed as Texas Real Estate Broker (1980), a Texas licensed All Lines Insurance Adjuster (2004) and holds this license in seven other states. He earned the designation of licensed Professional Inspector for the State of Texas (2007). Avery has adjusted hundreds of homes for people who needed personal, considerate and professional assistance during stressful times associated with natural catastrophes. As a Professional Home Inspector, he serviced 100's of buyers and sellers. Avery understands what is needed to help people in stressful situations. His personal service attitude requires that you be fully satisfied with the services he provides.
Avery is a member of CIA (Champions Inspector Association). This membership provides a continuing source of education which results in you getting a more superior product from A Very Good Inspector, Inc than is typical in the industry. Avery has supra key access capabilities and therefore can work around any schedule requirement.
Avery is skilled in using the most modern technology available to inspect homes. He provides clients with a computer generated, professional report, including pictures of matters requiring additional detail. He makes himself available to discuss the report with principals and agents, as may be necessary. This professional service is provided within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.
My objective is to fairly and thoroughly identify the facts critical to the adjustment that you need accomplished and to do it in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, to present those facts to your Customer in an easy to read report format, which educates the customer on all relevant matters, including the services of your Firm.
